This writing is a report on the study of niello’s collection motif that has been carried out in five locations, namely National Museum, Perak Malay World Ethnology Textile Museum and repository Collection Management Division, Department Museums Malaysia. Niello decorative art technique applied to gold, silver copper carpentry. black alloy used fill carved decorations with aim giving attractiveness contrasting color items. The community recognizes niello or translated into English as nielloware based blue dark colors result surface carpentry carvings. motifs was order identify found collection. As result, total 127 collections locations have identified categorized 18 types material culture. From cultural equipment, researcher made observations classified samples four themes, plant motifs, animal Hindu-Buddhist figure Arabic inscription motifs. researcher's each sample are references from book sources, field studies, journals also interviews respondents. results show influence such mythical (garuda, kinnari kinnara, kochasri others), 12 zodiac lotus-based (kranok, dao klip bua lai dok , bai bua, kan bua), jasmine flowers cotton well 3 Hindu Buddhist religious figures (Rama, Hanuman deity Theppanom) were cutam at study.
